Gussage All Saints is a delightful village with its historic church, The Drovers Inn, and lovely scenic walks across Cranborne Chase.
The bungalow is considered to be in dated condition and now requires modernisation, and provides much scope for further improvement. The property has oil fired central heating, UPVC double glazed windows, and fronts onto the main village street and has no off road parking.
An enclosed entrance porch with store cupboard and front door leads to a hallway which has access to loft space. The living room features a brick open fireplace, and a glazed door leads through to a rear conservatory with a door to the rear garden. There is a kitchen which requires refurbishment, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom comprising corner shower cubicle, panelled bath, WC and pedestal wash hand basin.
Outside, the garden is bound by a low brick garden wall, and the large front garden is predominately laid to lawn with flower and shrub borders. There is side access where an oil fired central heating boiler is situated. The south facing rear garden affords a large degree of privacy, which is grassed with established shrubs, and has a block built outbuilding. The garden does now require some attention.
Directions: From Wimborne, proceed north on the B3078 towards Cranborne for about 5 miles. Turn left at The Horton Inn and proceed over the stone bridge, through the S-bend and up the hill. After about half a mile, turn right, signposted to Gussage All Saints. Take the second turning left into the main street, and proceed past The Drovers Inn on the right. 2 Sweetapple Bungalows can be found on the left hand side (almost opposite the village hall).
